A CENTENNIAL BEGINNING
Lily Pingatore arrived in California almost 30 years ago, from the land 'where the beer flows like wine'; "I'm talking about Aspen."
Adventure, excitement, & fun were all a part of a nostalgic childhood, as she remembers, growing up with her two siblings. A tradition of love and family values was sown, and the best of those elements forged the Lily we all know and love today.
In her youth, Lily ski raced, trading free time for white powder mountain runs. Lily learned the value of a hard day's work, the benefits of being a good listener, and the joy of helping people solve problems while earning her own way. Her charming wit was sharpened as she polished their image and improved their game.
Lily was never one to sit on the sidelines, as she was always active in youth athletics, preferring sports and physical activities over home economics and gossip circles. She did manage to spend enough time at home to become an exceptional cook, learning to share love with pans and spoons.

A GOLDEN STATE STORY
Lily charged into California from Colorado young and hungry, driving a car she paid for with one hundred pennies. Yes, one dollar funded Lily's dream, ultimately her liberation to the golden coast.
Lily has worked in various lines of business, most frequently in restaurants as she grounded herself in her new home. In addition to making her way in the food business, she hustled various products (newspapers, art, candles, clothes, legal services, ski boots & orthotics, to name a few) door-to-door, making a king's ransom in one of the toughest rackets around.
Beyond her aforementioned extensive sales experience, she continues to serve her clients, friends & family as a Los Angeles real estate agent & trusted advisor. She often finds herself consulting some of the most influential people in various industries around the world.
Lily lives to love, and loves to live. She shares her soul with her son, her family, her pets, and her endearing friends; you may already be one, and not even know it. In addition to great food and downhill skiing, Lily enjoys horticulture, being outdoors, roaming freely about Los Angeles, and preparing delicious (better-than-restaurant) cuisine for her family & friends.

A UNIQUE TALE OF TENACIOUS TOMBOY
Lily is a descendent of Mary Chilton, regarded in folklore as the first passenger aboard The Mayflower to reach the shores of Plymouth Rock in The New World.
Yes, that Mayflower...and that Plymouth Rock.
Though not historically documented, legend tells of 13-year-old Mary, too anxious to wait for her small launch to land, jumping in the water and swimming for the beach. Despite the rigorous lifestyle and severe weather found in New England, Mary lived into her seventies when the average settler's life expectancy was less than 30 years.
She is one of only two Mayflower passengers with a marked gravesite, and she is one of but two female passengers to have written a will, in 1676.
It's this passionate will that lives on in the one known as Lily Pingatore; a (dear, loving) friend to (and loved by) all, a (tireless, dedicated) servant to many, an (enormous, powerful) inspiration to family, friends & new acquaintances, and a(n adventurous,) joyful spirit full of compassion & courteous thoughtfulness.

Lily fell in love with Los Angeles, garnering special affinity for its canyons & coastal communities, particularly Malibu. Her prowess as an agent is often tested in the highly lucrative, sometimes unpredictable nature of west side Los Angeles real estate.

Lily has invaluable knowledge of the Los Angeles market as well as almost 20 years of real estate experience, successfully completing over 100 transactions. Lily's diligence for details is unbeatable. In the waxing years of her career, she learned the importance of kindness & consideration, as well as the value of maintaining good rapport with clients & agents alike. In the years since, she has won various awards and recognition for her success, which includes over $50 million in residential real estate sales and another $20 million in residential leases.

Lily has seen enough of Uncle's, Cousin's, Sister's, and otherwise known to everyone as 'my friend who just got their real estate license' deals fall through to understand her own value.
